I used to live in Spain (couple of years in Salamanca and then Madrid). I absolutely love Spanish cuisine, paella, calamares, tortilla de patatas being my favourites! I sadly never developed a taste for jamon Iberico despite evreyone telling me how amazing it is. What I haven’t tried is Asturian cuisine. Will do next time!

As it is obvious from the post I do love cheese too, but I think that this deserves a post on its own haha. Sobrasada is a meal from the Gods, definetely! If you pass through the Balearic Islands you should give it a try!
