Like any other airport, obtaining an Uber from the airport is a bit more difficult than getting a taxi. But unless you’re staying at a large resort that has it’s own line of tacos waiting, getting an Uber is the next easiest thing.

Carolina Beach i fully enjoyed.
I only used public transportation..the buses from Carolina, Los Angelas area to Old San Juan. Also great to explore on tren urbano.
Even through a tropical storm, water up to my knees, bus strike for weeks we had the best 8 months living in Puerto Rico. You pick up Spanish words quickly that are helpful.
